The Government Forces have installed search lights in the Katpora area of Yaripora in South Kashmir’s KUlgam district late night on Saturday.
Sources informed The Kashmiriyat that the Government Forces are still present in the are after killing two Militants as more militants are believed to be holed up in the area.

The Government Forces including 34 Rashriya Rifles of Indian Army, 188 Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force and Jammu Kashmir are jointly conducting the Anti Militancy operation in which two Militants have been killed.
An official while speaking to The Kashmiriyat said that the gunfight lasted for some time in an open field and the operation has been suspended as of now in wake of darkness.
“Search operations are still on the area,”he said.

Pertinently two Militants including Al Badr chief, Zeenat ul Islam have been reportedly killed in the encounter that raged on Saturday evening.
Massive clashes had also erupted in the area, after which mobile internet services were suspended in Shopian and Kulgam districts.
