Several protesters have been injured in the ongoing clashes in the ongoing clashes around the encounter site at Turigam area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that several protesters were injured as forces fire tear smoke shells and pellets to disperse the protesters.

Clashes had erupted in the locality when women and men in large numbers from adjacent areas tried to march towards the encounter site.
Mudasir Ahmed, a resident of Nunmai in Kuklgam has been injured and shifted to nearby hospital.
Locals said that his condition is critical.
