The family of a missing youth from Kulgam has made an appeal asking people to help them trace their kin.
Identified as Zakir Ahmed Ganie, a resident of Motalhama in Kulgam’s Quimoh belt, the 26-year-old left his home on Wednesday and has been missing home since.
“He was working as a labourer. He told his parents that he was going to return after work at Dialgam Anantnag, but he did not return causing panic among his family members,” his brother told The Kashmiriyat.
He stated that the absence of Zakir forced the family to file a missing report at the concerned Police station.
Zakir is the only earning hand for his old aged parents as he and his other brother live separately with their own families, he added.
