Lineman injured due to electric shock in Kulgam village

A lineman, working as a daily wager in Power Development Department, on Friday suffered injuries due to an electric shock in the Damhal Hanjipora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that the lineman identified as Muhammad Ramzan son of Ghulam Qadir of Manzgam sustained injuries after he came in contact with a live wire.

He said he was rushed to a nearby hospital, where from he was referred to the SKIMS, Soura.
