In another shocking incident, the Jammu Kashmir Police arrested the Imam of a Masjid Imam allegedly for Drug Dealing in Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla District.
A Police official told The Kashmiriyat that the Imam was held with drugs in North Kashmir’s Pattan on Friday morning after he was taken into immediate detention.
The Imam has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmed Mia a resident of Pattan.
The Police official said that he was arrested with consignment of Fukki (poppy straw) in Pattan area on Friday.
