The Jammu Kashmir Police on Thursday said that it recovered 15 kilograms of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in the Armullah area of Pulwama district’s Litter belt in south Kashmir.
Officials said that Jammu Kashmir Police along with forces recovered 15 KGs of IED planted in Armullah area of Pulwama and arrested two persons accused involved in planting the IED.
“Pulwama Police along with Special Forces averted a major tragedy by recovering 15Kg IEDs planted in Armullah, Litter. 02 #terrorist associates involved in this #terror crime have been arrested,” the Jammu Kashmir Police tweeted quoting their IGP.
Meanwhile, the Police said that a case has been registered in this regard and an investigation was launched.
