Massive blaze at Poonch border, Army on high alert

A massive blaze has erupted near the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district, putting the Army on high alert.

An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that the fire had been doused. However, security forces remain cautious due to the recent trend of terrorists attempting to infiltrate by diverting attention through such tactics.

The officer further stated that extra alertness is being maintained by troops guarding the LoC, remain on high alert. (KS)
