The Government Forces on Tuesday Night have launched a cordon and search operation in Chanigam, Pahalgamarea of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag)n District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 3 RR of Indian Army, 96 Battalion of CRPF and Jammu Kashmir police have launched the operation.
The anti militancy operation has been launched following a specific input about Militant movement in the area.
A door to door search operation is being conducted by the forces after all the entry and exit points were sealed, a local told The Kashmiriyat.
