Massive CASO Underway in Dooru Area

A Cordon and Search operation has been launched at Mir Maidan in Dooru area of South Kashmir’s Islmabad (Anantnag) District on Monday night.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 19 RR of Indian, 164 Battalion of CRPF and Army and Jammu Kashmir police jointly launched the cordon and search operation in the locality.

Following a specific input about Militant movement, the Government Forces have launched a CASO  in the area.

A Local told The Kashmiriyat that the search operation is still going on as hundreds of troopers are conducting a door to door search operation.
