Mehran Shalla, a resident of the Jamalat area in Srinagar Kashmir is among the militants killed in Srinagar shootout.
The brother of Mehran took to Facebook to announce the killing of his brother in the shootout Srinagar’s Rambagh area.
The 19-year-old was missing from his home since May 2021.
On May 20, The Kashmiriyat reported that a 19-year-old youth has gone missing from his home in the Srinagar district of Central Kashmir.
Speaking to The Kashmiriyat, a family member of Mehran had said that he left home around 7:15 PM on May 18 and after that, the family has no other means to contact him as he has left his phone at his home.
The family had also said that they filed a missing report in the Police station in SR Gunj area of Srinagar, where the Police, according to the family, promised help.
