
The dead body of a 35-year-old man, who had slipped in a nallah, was retrieved after 3 days of searches, in the Langate area of North Kashmir’s Handwara town.
Three days back, a middle-aged man identified as Muhammad Amin Bhat son of Ghulam Mohiuddin Bhat, a resident of Astan Mohalla Langate had slipped into a local nallah.
Local police along with the Navy, SDRF, and Army were looking for his body that was retrieved this morning.
A police official while confirming the recovery of the body said that after the completion of legal formalities, the body has been handed over to the family.
He said a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations taken up. (KNT)
