Militants on Wednesday fired upon 34 RR of Indian Army in Chak e Cholan of South Kashmir’s Shopian District.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Militants fired upon a party of Indian Army when they laid a cordon and search operation in the village.
The Indian Army and Jammu Kashmir Police were laying a CASO around the village when Militants fired upon the Forces and fled from the spot.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that reinforcements have been sent to the spot.
