Three Militants killed in the encounter at Khudwani early morning on Saturday have been identified as affiliates of Lashkar e Taiba.
Two of them who are locals have been identified as Suhail Ahmed of Hawoora Kulgam, Mudasir Ahmed of Sholipora Kulgam while the third one has been identified as Abu Muwaiya, a foreign Militant.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the three were trapped in a house in the Khudwani area of South Kashmir after the Forces laid a cordon and siege operation around the Wani Mohallah locality in Khudwani.
Thousands of people have gathered in the localities, however their bodies have not been handed over to the families as of yet.
