A minor girl was killed in a leopard attack in the Anantnag district’s Gopalpur area.
Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Friday evening, a 6-year-old girl named Zubaida Jan daughter of Ghulam Mohiuddin Chopan was pounced upon by a leopard when she was outside her home.
The family along with the locals tried to rescue Zubaida, however, the leopard left the minor girl with critical wounds leading to her death.
