Jadooz, a Chennai-based entertainment start-up running mini-cinema halls in Shopian and Pulwama for the last 10 months, is opening mini-theatres in Baramulla, Handwara, and Bandipora.
The company is planning one in Betaab Valley of Pahalgam in south Kashmir.
The MD of the company, as quoted by the newspaper The Hindu said, a screen would finally come to Betaab Valley in Pahalgam, to celebrate the Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh starrer’s 40th anniversary.
The company plans a mini-theatre opening at three other places by the end of June 2023.
The expansion decision, according to newspaper was taken after the company assessed the footfalls in Pulwama in Shopian’s mini-theatres in last 10 months.
