An elderly man was assaulted in the Ratlam area of Madhya Pradesh for allegedly urinating in the same street as the cow on Friday.
In a video that has gone viral over social media, a group of men can be seen rounding up the Muslim man and beating him for allegedly peeing in front of a cow.
The attackers forcibly took off his skull cap and threw it on it the ground. The attackers later asked the Muslim man identified as Saifuddin asked him to trample his feet over the skull cap.
“How dare you urine in front of Mother cow? How would you feel if someone urinated in front of the Quran,?” the attackers kept asking him constantly
The helpless Muslim man can be seen asking for forgiveness constantly, however, the attackers did not let him go.
Meanwhile, the attackers also asked another man if he was recording the entire incident on his camera.
The Police in Madhya Pradesh have registered an FIR against the accused and arrested one person.
