
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday conducted searches at 12 locations in Jammu in connection with a case related to terrorist infiltration from across the border.
Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the raids were carried out at premises linked to overground workers (OGWs), hybrid terrorists, and sympathizers of terror outfits.
The case (RC-04/2024/NIA/JMU) was registered by the NIA on October 24, 2024, following directions from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
These infiltrations were allegedly facilitated by OGWs and terror associates in Jammu region villages, who provided logistical support, including food, shelter, and financial aid to the infiltrators, officials said—(KNO)
