As Kashmir prepares for Eid celebrations on either March 31 or April 1, the weather is expected to remain dry, bringing relief to those planning outdoor gatherings and travel.
According to Kashmir Weather, no major rainfall is expected in the region during this period.
The forecast indicates mostly dry conditions from March 28 to April 1, with only a slight chance of localized showers in higher reaches.
“A weak western disturbance may affect Kashmir around April 2 and 3, but its impact is likely to be minimal,” Kashmir weather reported.
With the Kashmir region already experiencing a below-average winter snowfall, the prolonged dry spell raises concerns for farmers, as continued dryness could affect water availability for agriculture in the coming months.
