Non Local Labourer Arrested for Damaging Workshop, Stealing Equipment in Sopore

A non-local was arrested on Wednesday for damaging a workshop and stealing equipment in North Kashmir’s Sopore town of Baramulla district.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Ishfaq Ahmed of Noorbagh area had filed a complaint at police station Sopore that unknown burglars damaged the gate of his workshop and stole equipments like batteries and tyres.

The Police Station in Sopore immediately registered an FIR number 201/2020 under section 457,380 and during the course of investigation,the police arrested a non-local and during questioning he not only confessed his crime but also showed the location where he had kept the stolen items.

The non-local burglar has been identified as Muhammad Rufsana son of Sadik Ali, a resident of Wali Bari West Bengal.
