A non-local resident was found hanging at Basant Bagh Area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Saturday.
An official told news agency—Kashmir Scroll that an 18-year-old youth from Bihar was found hanging in Basant Bagh Srinagar where he was living as a tenant.
He was brought to SMHS Srinagar where doctors him brought dead while further investigation has been taken up—(KS)
