Scores of residents of Narabal and Check Kawoosa, Budgam held a peaceful protest at Narbal, Budgam against dilapidated conditions of roads in the area.
The protestors raised pro justice slogans “Hamarei Saath Insaaf Karo (Give us Justice)” and demanded immediate attention from administration.
The protesting residents raised slogans against R&B department of Budgam for having failed to macadamize the roads for years.
People of the area alleged that they’ve complained to the R& B Department many a times and have requested them to look into the matter. The protestors said that they were assured of the improvement of the road but their promises proved futile so far.
