One died another received serious injuries in an accident after a sumo and a tractor collided near Ladora, Rafiabad on Baramulla-Handwara National highway on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Waseem Ahmed Sofi and the injured as Showkat Ahmed, a driver of the tractor both residents of Chaklo, Rafiabad.
The duo was shifted to the nearby hospital and later referred to Srinagar where one succumbed to his injuries.
