One linemen of Power Development Department jammu Kashmir died while another was injured while repairing a HT line in Dialgam area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the two linemen who were repairing a high tension line in the Her Dialgam area were electrocuted, one of them died on the spot and another one sustained serious injuries.
They were immediately rushed to the hospital where the hospital sources confirmed the incident to The Kashmiriyat.
They identified the deceased lineman as Mohammed Khalil Itoo, a resident of Khashipora in Dialgam while the injured lineman was identified as Ghulam Mohammed Misgar.
