One Militant has been reportedly killed in an encounter that started between Militants and Government Forces in the Dar Ganie Mohallah of Tral area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District on Friday
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that 42 RR of Indian Army, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and 180 BN CRPF jointly launched the Anti Militancy operation.
Earlier Forces had launched a Cordon and Search Operation in the area upon receiving a specific input about the presence of Militants in this Tral area, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
2-3 Local Militants from South Kashmir were believed to be holed up in the area, Locals told The Kashmiriyat.
They said that the operation is still going on.
