One youth was killed and another was injured in an accident in the Kunzer area of Baramulla on Tuesday morning.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that a Maruti two persons were traveling in (JK01R-9304) collided with a tipper bearing the number JK03B 2973 near Wussan Kunzer area of Baramulla.
The collision resulted in injuries to two persons while one of them succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was identified as Irshad Ahmed son of Farooq Ahmed Ahangar of Wahipora Tangmarg while the injured was identified as Maqsood Ahmed son of Ali Mohammed Ahanger.
The official said that a case has been registered and the Police are looking out for the driver who fled the spot.
