Officials told The Kashmiriyat that the tragic incident occurred around 11:40 AM near Kantabagh area, when a moving train ran over the man. His body was later found lying along the tracks between Mazhoma and Budgam stations. The identity of the deceased remains unknown, and police teams have reached the spot to begin investigations. Locals said the train service was briefly halted following the incident, and there was no immediate information about how the man came to be on the tracks.
