SDM Zainapora reviews Horticulture Dept.’s action plan to contain ‘leaf miner’ in emergency meeting

In order to review the strategy/action plan adopted by the Horticulture department to contain the dreaded disease of leaf miner which has spread in the Apple orchards of Zainapora area, on Thursday. Coaching centre in Pulwama guides youth for competitive exams; Offers free tuition to orphans, specially-abled

Young teachers from south Kashmir have come up with an initiative to start a coaching centre in order to guide educated youth to qualify competitive exams. The teachers have started a novel coaching Institute, Reading Room Classes (RCC) to guide all those students who are reluctant to visit Srinagar and are facing financial issues. 17-year-old militant missing since March 14 trapped in Baramulla encounter

Two militants have been killed in the ongoing encounter in the area of Malwah area of Kunzer in north Kashmir's Baramulla district, Police said. 3 persons killed, 6 injured as passenger cab falls into gorge in Reasi

Three persons were killed and six others were injured when a passenger cab they were travelling in skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Reasi district on Thursday.
