The Jammu Kashmir Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested one militant in Ganderbal district. An official told The Kashmiriyat that on Sunday evening during checking of vehicles and pedestrians at an MVCP, near Shuhama Nagbal, A police party of PC Ganderbal, 24 RR and 115 Bn CRPF apprehended an active militant of LeT outfit. One person was dead and atleast twenty one people including a cop were injured after suspected militants on Sunday hurled a grenade at Amira Kadal area of Central Kashmir's Srinagar district. A top police officer told that militants lobbed grenade in busy Amira Kadal Market. In this incident one person succumbed at hospital where as 21 people including a cop recieved splinter wounds.
