Two residential houses were damaged in a fire incident at Palpora, Sonwar area of Srinagar in the intervening night of Tuesday-Wednesday. Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two residential houses belonging to three families namely Mohammad Farooq Parray, Farooq Ahmad Parray and Bilal Ahmad Parray were gutted in a fire incident at Palpora area of Sonwar. They said that the fire was controlled by F&ES department with the help of locals and there was no loss of life or injury to any in the incident.
