Marred with electricity outages amid the chilling winter, the resident of Kashmir valley will have to face longer power cuts now as the Kashmir Power Development Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has decided to further increase power curtailment hours. In a presser, the KPDCL has said that the non-metered areas will face power cuts of about 6 to 7.5 hours a day. While as in metered areas power cuts will last from 4.5 to 6 hours a day.   An unknown male body was on Tuesday found near Jeel bridge in Singpora area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district. Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that locals spotted a body near Jeel bridge Singpora and accordingly informed the concerned police post about it.
