The administration on Wednesday asked all departments to ensure that was no “irregular, infructuous or wasteful expenditure” and warned the concerned officers and officials with appropriate disciplinary procedure for any lasses. Danishwar Hameed An encounter has started between Government forces and militants at Chanser area of Czawalgam village of South Kashmir's Kulgam district on Thursday afternoon. An official told The Kashmiriyat that two Militants are believed to trapped at the site of the encounter in this kulgam area. He said that earlier the Government Forces had launched a cordon and search Operation following specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area in wee hours of Thursday morning.
