As per an order issued by the Revenue Department, government of Jammu Kashmir, 25 Kanal land has been granted "in favour of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB)." This 25 Kanal of land is "situated at village Panthachowk, Tehsil Panthachowk, District Srinagar." The said land is being granted to the SASB "for construction of Office and Yatri Niwas on lease basis for a period of 40 years from the date of taking over the possession" of the land.
