Huge Quantity of Illegal Beacon Cement Seized in Central Kashmir By Police

Rayees Shah Police on Tuesday seized a huge quantity of illegal Beacon Cement here in the Fraw area of Gund in central Kashmir's Ganderbal District. Police Officials told  The Kashmiriyat that on a specific information Gund police along with SHO police station Gund Abdul Rashid under the supervision of SDPO Kangan, Syed Yasir Qadri raided Fraw Gund and Seized around 250 Bags of Cement Bags of Beacon who was going to be sold in the market. Sources said that the operation was carried out during the intervening night of Monday and Saturday SDPO Kangan, Sayed Yasir Qadri said that the investigation has been started and anyone found involved in the case will be dealt as per law. In order to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday claimed to have arrested four persons and fined a total of 4011 people across the Valley for violating the Covid guidelines in the last 24 hours.
