An official told said that based on a specific input a joint team 9 RR and Police recovered a bag with arms and ammunition in between the poplar trees in the Hanjipora area of Akhran on Thursday night. He said that 01 AK-47 magazine, 48 rounds of AK-47, 01 pistol, 02 pistol magazines, 04 hand grenades, 01 Chinese grenade, and battery with wire were recovered from the bag. A Delhi court on Thursday dismissed the bail application of Kashmiri separatist leader Shabbir Shah in a money laundering case related to alleged terror funding in Kashmir, saying the prosecution couldn’t be blamed for delay on account of Covid-19.
