Unknown Gunmen fire at Civilian in Sopore

May 28 Shabir Khan Unknown gunmen on Tuesday evening shot a civilian in Zaloora area of Sopore in North Kashmir's Baramulla District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that unknown gunmen injured a civilian by firing at him in Sopore area. The injured man was rushed to SDH Handwara where he is being treated. Hospitak officials confirmed his identity as Feroz Ahmed Gojri, a resident of Zaloora in Sopore. The forces immediately reached the spot and laid a siege around the area. Details emerging.

Thousands Gather for funeral of Slain Militant in Islamabad (Anantnag)

Second Militant Killed in Kachwan Encounter- Search Operation Continues

May 28 Two Militants have been killed in the encounter between militants and Government forces at Kachwan area in Kokernag belt of South Kashmir's Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
