Doda police on Monday said that a neborn female infant found dead in GMC Doda while police have registered FIR. In a statement issued by Doda Police as per news agency Kashmir News Corner reads, On 28.09.2025, at around 1600 hours, a dead body of a newborn female baby (aged approximately 5–6 months) was found abandoned in the bathroom of the Emergency Ward, GMC Doda. Taking cognizance of the matter, Police Post District Hospital (PP DH) Doda registered FIR No. 221/2025 under section 94 of the BNS.
