Panic has gripped the Tangdhar area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district On Tuesday after a cloudburst hit forest area of Shammas bari in the area.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a huge amount of water is flowing downwards towards the Tangdhar market.
People have closed the market and are running towards safer locations.
