Passenger Vehicle Collides with a Truck in Pampore

 A passenger vehicle on Wednesday met an accident on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Pampore area of Pulwama district leading injuries to the driver of the vehicle.

Witnesses said that a Tata 407 vehicle driver sustained injuries after his vehicle collided with a truck on the Srinagar-Jammu highway near Galander in Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Police officials said that Matador bearing No JK04-1456 and Truck JK03D- 4643 collided with each other near bypass crossing Galander resulting in injuries to the driver.

The driver of the vehicle has been shifted to a local hospital for treatment.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and taken up the investigations.
