A 40-year-old lineman of the power development department was electrocuted to death in Arampora area of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla District on Monday morning.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that the lineman identified as Sonaullah Dar, a resident of Seelo area in Sopore on Monday morning was electrocuted to death.
They said that he received an electric shock while he was repairing a power line at Yaseen colony area of Arampora in Sopore.
The Jammu Kashmir Police in Sopore police have registered a case and further investigations taken up.
