Petrol Pumps Flooded by People as Uncertainty and War Planes Hoover Over Kashmir Skies

People in large numbers since Saturday have been filling in oil to their vehicles after a hundred additional companies of Government Force personnel were rushed into the valley.

The administration including the Governor of Jammu Kashmir has appealed the people for calm, saying that “There is some security related action being taken, however this is purely related to the Pulwama incident.”

Meanwhile uncertainty has gripped Kashmir as administration continues to more ‘war like’ circulars which have went viral in the public domain. However, the administration clarified that the notifications were issued in view of the ‘Closed” highway connecting Jammu with Srinagar.

Petrol pump owners says there is an acute shortage of oil, petrol and diesel, and people in large number have reached petrol pumps to collect oil.

Ration stores and medical shops throughout the night witnessed a huge rush, as war planes continued to hoover over the Kashmir skies.
