In order to enforce use of face masks and adherence to COVID19 protocols, Jammu Kashmir police headed by DSP Achabal Mohammad Rafi fined several violators on Wednesday.
On directions of SSP Anantnag, Imtiyaz Hussain, special teams have been constituted at all police stations and police posts for awareness generation and enforcement.
During the drive, several violators were intercepted for not wearing face masks and violators were fined on the spot, in Achabal area and police team released fine from violators.
DY SP Achabal, Mohammad Rafi have appealed to General Public to not come out of their houses unnecessary, in wake of the lockdown and follow SOP’s.
DY SP Achabal, Mohammad Rafi said people are being asked to follow SOP’s and the violators will be fined.
Similar drive were also carried out in the jurisdiction of Police Station Dooru headed by DY SP Ishan Gupta along with concerned Station House officer Syed Nazeer Andrabi. Locals appreciate the step taken by JK Police to fight against Pandemic disease.
