Police Arrested Accused Involved in Attacking Government Employee in Bishnah, Jammu.

Police has arrested one person, involved in attacking government employee in Tehsil Bishah of District Aamba. 

On Wednesday  a group of miscreants  entered in tehsil office Bishah and started beating government employee Jan Mohammed openly. 

People from different parts of life have expressed their anguish about the incident. 

Firdous Taak, A former MLC & PDP leader wrote on his social media account  “Bhagwadharies attempt to lynch a govt employee Jan Mohd in Bishnah on flimsy grounds.

The employee of tehsil office was punched, kicked in full public view by the people well protected by the administration in anticipation of proposed Hindu Rashtra. Today its Jan Mohd tomorrow it will surely be Ram Kumar. 

Irony is that Jammu Kashmir Police is yet to take any considerable action against the culprits speaking volumes about the current state of affairs”

Another citizen  Advocate Mohammed Akram   wrote  on social media & said “Obstinate act of Shiv Sena workers in tehsil office Bishnah will spark many more criminal activities against minorities in J&K. Assault on clerk by goons is illegal and share violation of law of land. @manojsinha_ Kindly intervene. To save rights of minorities. “

After wide condemnation of the incident, Police lodged case FIR No. 149/2020 U/S 353, 323, 147, 148 IPC  One accused has been arrested till now.
