
Police have registered a case against family members and relatives of late Syed Ali Geelani for “unlawful activities” after the death of the Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman late on Wednesday evening.
A senior Police officer told GNS that besides the family and relatives, the case (FIR No 277/2021) has been also registered against some “miscreants” who created “unlawful activities” at Geelani’s residence on the evening of 1 September.
