A Policeman was critically injured after clashes erupted between government forces and Youth in Memendar area of Shopian in South Kashmir.
“The Policeman was hit with a stone on his head and he was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment,” Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
Clashes had erupted in the area over the killings of 18 Kashmiris in the past 4 days.
Kashmir valley especially south Kashmir has been caged since and clashes have been witnessed throughout the valley.
