Special Police Officer who had gone missing along with two rifles from Chadoora has been arrested by police in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday night.
A senior police officer said that based on specific information yesterday night forces arrested SPO identified as Altaf Hassan Belt no. 1197 son of Ghulam Hassan Bhat Qazipora Chadoora.
