The Polling staff for Shopian elections scheduled tomorrow was ferried in chopper to polling various stations for the last phase of the ongoing Lok Sabha elections for the Anantnag Lok Sabha Seat.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that in Shopian, polling staff was airlifted from District Police Lines in Shopian to almost 39 places most of them in Wachi.
District election officials denying these claims said that the report was baseless, but it is a possibility.
Poling will be held in Shopian tomorrow in 245 polling Stations at 133 locations, all the stations have been declared hyper- sensitive.
