Property Tax in the Urban Local Bodies of Jammu Kashmir will be levied from April 1, 2023, as the decision in this regard has been approved by the Manoj Sinha-led Administration.
The Property Tax will be levied at half of the proposed formula for the same, officials said.
According to an official order, approval has been granted to the proposal with the direction that the proposed Property Tax, which will take effect on April 1, 2023, shall be levied at half of the proposed formula.
