A Youth identified as Fayaz Ahmed Wani from South Kashmir’s Pulwama District has been killed after forces opened fire upon unarmed protesters during clashes that erupted in Chewakalan locality during a CASO.

Hospital officials confirmed to The Kashmiriyat that Fayaz Ahmed Wani, Son of Mohammed Ahsan Wani from Chewakalan Pulwama after being hit with a bullet during intense clashes that erupted in Chewakalan has succumbed to his injuries.
The youth had been shifted to Srinagar for treatment, however upon reaching SMHS, he was declared dead.
