Ration card holders being forced to buy National flag: BJP MP

BJP MP Varun Gandhi has cornered his party on the issue of extorting the price of the tricolor from poor ration card holders.

Calling it unfortunate and shameful, MP Varun Gandhi on Wednesday morning said, it would be unfortunate if the celebration of 75th anniversary of independence becomes a burden on the poor.

He tweeted a video in which it was alleged that ration card holders are being forced to buy tricolor or their share of ration is being deducted instead.

In the video clip shared by the MP on Twitter, statements have been made by the ration card holders of prices being extorted for the price of the tricolour.
