Residential house, cowshed gutted in fire mishap in Kulgam area

One residential house and cowshed were gutted during a fire incident that broke in Zangalpora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam.

Locals told The Kahsmiriyat that fire broke out at on Monday at around 12:15 PM in Zangalpora area in a residential house.

Soon after the incident, locals reached the spot and tried to douse the flames, they said, adding that the fire was brought under control but not before it damaged property worth lakhs.

As per the locals, a residential house belonging to Zona begam wife of late Ghulam Hassan Wagay was damaged.
